Retro Racer — free 8-bit arcade racing game

Retro Racer is an OutRun-style pseudo-3D arcade racing game drawn in two-colour pixel art, like a classic Nokia or Game Boy screen. Race through 99 procedurally generated levels across coast, city, desert, forest and snow, at dusk, at night and in fog, rain or snow. Overtake AI rivals, weave through traffic, draft behind cars, fire your turbo and finish first to unlock the next level. You get two tries per level.

Controls: W or Up for gas, S or Down to brake, A and D or the arrow keys to steer, Space or Shift for turbo, Esc to pause, M for sound, F for fullscreen. On phones and tablets turn the device sideways and use the on-screen buttons. Gamepads are supported.
